About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing direct communication through all digital channels in a proactive way, ensuring customer satisfaction aligns with our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will manage the monthly calendar for our client's social networks, serving as the primary point of contact to address any questions or concerns.
  2. You will be responsible for publishing the monthly content plan, responding to all comments and inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with consumers while identifying potential trends or opportunities.
  3. You will oversee social networks (Social Media) and customer care channels (Care), including email and phone support.
  4. You will also promote some of the content on our networks.
  5. You will actively participate in team meetings to report on project status and contribute to content creation.
  6. You will produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on Social Media and Care performance.
  7. You will research new trends in RRSS to inform content creation for brands and current clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A social media manager well-versed in the latest news and developments.
  • A customer-focused individual with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • A sociable person who excels in customer service and engagement.
  • A native French speaker with bilingual English proficiency.
  • Nice to Have: Spanish or another language (English is the primary working language).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally during the year.
  • Availability to work full-time.
  • Availability to be hired in Spain.
