About the Role

As a Customer Experience Program Manager at Personio, you'll drive interconnected projects to enhance customer experience while using our product and interacting with us post-sales.

You'll own a program of work, craft a situation analysis, develop an operating plan, create and manage program KPIs, and project-manage ongoing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Enable strategic and operational excellence for customer programs and projects.
  2. Coordinate internal and external teams to execute projects within each program.
  3. Implement, measure, and refine program elements through cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Develop metrics to evaluate project impact and success.
  5. Share findings and analyses with CX leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Foster data-driven customer advocacy.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Information, Business Administration, Program Management, or Informatics.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and/or program management, preferably in B2B/SaaS environments.
  3. Assertiveness, resilience, and motivation.
  4. Strong written expression and communication skills in English.
  5. Data quality and logical thinking.

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year (estimated), based on location and experience.
