Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to B2B customers through phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience
- Troubleshoot issues, innovate, and drive change management
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI integrations
- Control and handle payment inquiries across various client platforms
- Enhance overall company NPS through excellent service
- Flag and escalate customer queries, finding suitable solutions
- Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey satisfaction
Requirements:
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Customer service experience and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in innovation and technology integration
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to think outside the box
- Technical background advantageous
