About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our international team based in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our European CX team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users and gym partners in Spain and Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage customer communications and reply to requests by email and chat
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Take care of customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through empathy and open communication
  • Manage the CRM system and updates
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments to support all processes and operations
