Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at MPB. As a key member of our customer experience department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, email, and phone.
Our ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German or Italian, with a strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset. You will be working with market-leading SAAS tools and will have the opportunity to progress your career within customer experience.
The role will involve a blended approach, with 30% of your time spent on live chat, 50% on email, and 20% on phone support. You will be proactively supporting customers with industry-leading self-service, but also taking ownership and providing exceptional technical support when needed.
We offer a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, two days off per year to volunteer for a charity, and a BVG ticket discount. You will also have access to our Learning Management System, where you can up-skill in any area you'd like.
Salary: €31,000 per annum.
