With a strong focus on problem-solving and building relationships, you will work closely with our customers to resolve their queries and provide a seamless experience. Your fluency in English and German or Italian will enable you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.

Our customer experience team is international, vibrant, and constantly learning. We use market-leading SAAS tools to support our customers, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people across countries and cultures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some previous experience in a customer support/service/experience role
  • Fluent German or Italian and English skills - verbal and written
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-first mindset

We offer a competitive salary of €31,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, two days off per year to volunteer for a charity, and access to our Learning Management System.
