About the Role: The Customer Experience and Innovation Specialist will provide top-notch support to our B2B customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with colleagues to develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, leveraging the latest technology and AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and find the best solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with colleagues to brainstorm and implement new ideas that improve the customer experience
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent service to customers and ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Native level German and fluent English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proactivity and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Technical background and proficiency with computers
