Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Cross Border Talents team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through email, phone, and live chat, addressing inquiries, offering product details, and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, help with the purchasing process, and manage post-purchase inquiries, including returns or exchanges.
- Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation within our CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure customers receive timely and accurate solutions.
- Collect feedback from customers to help identify service or product improvement opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Polish (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher), with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- The ability to address and resolve complex customer issues effectively and with empathy.
- Basic skills in using customer service tools, CRM systems, and other software; full training will be provided.
- A genuine interest in sports is highly valued, as it will enhance your ability to connect with and support our customers.

- Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
