Your Mission
You will be responsible for guiding customers through the online booking process, providing detailed information about our services to address their queries, and ensuring seamless communication with landlords and tenants. Your goal is to create a positive and personalized experience for customers, making it easy for them to find and book their ideal property.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, trust, and goal-oriented work culture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing expert guidance on our services and features to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with both landlords and tenants to ensure smooth interactions and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of English proficiency (German, French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus).
  • A proven track record of achieving/exceeding individual targets consistently in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor your approach to provide a personalized experience.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends (approximately once every 4 weeks).
  • A high level of time management and multitasking skills to efficiently close bookings.
