The Role
We are seeking an ESG Expert_Quality and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As part of the ESG Customer and Business Development team, you will play a key role in driving internal projects that focus on customer experience satisfaction and ESG matters.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to customer experience satisfaction across Telefonica's international footprint in Europe and Latin America. This includes:
- Monitoring, consolidating, and supervising customer experience satisfaction processes
- Evolving quality models and processes to improve satisfaction and identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Providing customer experience measurement methodological support and updating the Manual of Quality Indicators
- FOLLOWING up customer experience improvement plans and providing support to areas that require customer quality metrics
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer experience specific qualifications or MBA/ Master in Sustainability
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Spanish as a native language
- Desirable: Portuguese and/or German
- 3+ years of experience in managing cross-functional projects and/or analytical roles
- Customer experience and/or market research background
- Previous experience in Management Systems and ISO standards
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
