CRM Strategy and Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
As a CRM Strategy and Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging marketing channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will work closely with our CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and develop retention strategies that deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the activation of customer data to develop and execute an effective CRM strategy
- Refining multi-channel communications and developing retention strategies
- Supporting the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all customer touch-points
- Defining key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness
- Evaluating campaign success metrics and making data-driven decisions
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-3 years of experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc.)
- Proficiency in HTML and good copywriting skills
- The ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
- A commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven approach
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- An organized, responsible, and proactive mindset
- The ability to communicate effectively in English
