About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Omega CRM. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing users, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and other aspects of Salesforce configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce configuration to meet business needs
  • Provide user support in resolving Salesforce-related issues
  • Define best practices and usage standards for Salesforce
  • Analyze and improve application performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing clouds
  • Experience with Agile methodology
What We Offer
