Your Role
- You will oversee the delivery of customer shipments from booking to arrival, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- You'll analyze and direct activities across the supply chain, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You'll contribute to Commercial Pipeline Management, planning, tracking, and quality assurance.
- You'll build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and deploying tailored solutions.
- You'll lead a team, reviewing performance, identifying issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements
- A proven track record as a Team Leader or similar role in a large international company.
- Passion for delivering results and high-level customer service orientation.
- Data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
