As a Customer Success Engineer at Dlocal Corp, you will play a key role in managing technical relationships with customers, providing top-notch support, and strengthening customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote a customer-centric environment through excellent communication skills
  • Provide high-quality technical service to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor support requests, identify recurring issues, and contribute to product improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues


What We Offer:



A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with technical expertise
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
