Customer Service Representative at Cigna Global Health - Arabic (or French)
Job SummaryWe are currently looking for a customer service representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing day-to-day queries from Cigna's customers, adhering to productivity and quality standards, and taking ownership of all cases until resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing customer inquiries through email and phone channels while prioritizing timely resolutions and excellent customer experiences.
- Providing comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM tool and handling confidential information in line with GDPR guidelines.
- Liaising with other departments as required to resolve queries and maintain expert knowledge about tools, processes, and documentation.
- Scheduling follow-ups to keep customers informed of query progress and seeking advice from supervisors when needed.
We require a candidate with previous customer service experience, preferably in contact centers or reception roles. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and English language skills are essential, along with active knowledge of Arabic or French.
Requirements:- C1 level English proficiency or higher.
- Proficiency in Arabic (alternatively: French).
- Previous customer service experience desired.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
