Senior CRM Specialist for Omnichannel Strategy

The Senior CRM Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Omnichannel Strategy – CRM area, coordinating business-as-usual activities and consolidating and evolving the CRM landscape.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage data effectively, processing change requests and ensuring accuracy across the CRM ecosystem.
- Understand and comply with Data Protection and Privacy Laws (GDPR) when conducting CRM activities.
- Participate in data revision and cleansing initiatives, collaborating on data analysis and system extractions.
To be successful, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain understanding of business priorities and customer requirements. You will provide support to ensure all CRM initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently to achieve objectives.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Ideal 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- CRM administration experience in Salesforce-based solutions (preferably Veeva).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping and building current and future technical/functional CRM capabilities. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive the use of CRM across departments, supporting the business strategy.
