We're seeking an Omnichannel Campaign Automation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Pharma Delivery Unit (HPS DU) Campaign Automation Team, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of omnichannel campaign projects.

  • Drive process optimization around campaign processes, focusing on platform automation and innovation for efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and assess the technical landscape and channel updates to keep the platform current and effective.
  • Ensure seamless integration of various digital engagement platforms to support efficient omnichannel campaign execution.
Responsibilities

You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, including Campaign Managers, Platform Managers Automation, Data Excellence, Digital Performance, as well as diverse global stakeholders and markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with IT and global GCOs on projects and issues, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  2. Interacting with HPS DU service departments to support and develop external campaign landing pages based on customer briefs.
  3. Enhancing connections with other HPS and DU teams through platforms and campaign implementation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and concepts, specifically experience in enterprise marketing automation tools (at least 2-3 years of tool-specific experience).
