**About the Role**

Cigna is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a hybrid role, you will spend at least one day per week working from our office in Madrid.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to drive high levels of engagement within their team. You will also play a key role in the strategic transformation of our operation by driving key projects that support our growth and affordability roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive best-in-class service experiences for customers
  • Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also comes with a range of benefits, including limited traveling opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive results-oriented projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
