Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key player in our customer lifecycle, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, driving adoption, and expanding our platform's usage. Your focus will be on English, Spanish, and Italian-speaking clients, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Own the complete customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
- Drive faster 'time to value' and improve overall customer experience
- Understand customer objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and close deals
- Partner with customers to advise on best practices and drive growth
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience in a Tech or SaaS company
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Italian a plus)
