Job Description
As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will play a crucial role in crafting the customer experience at CommScope. You'll forge positive relationships with both customers and internal teams, delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impact.
You will serve as a central figure, providing crucial support to our Business Segments and acting as the primary point of contact for customer orders. In this multifaceted role, you will handle customer queries, lead all aspects of order intake and management, and ensure the successful delivery of goods within a complex B2B environment.
Your contribution will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategy, empowering our sales teams, and directly addressing customer needs through efficient query resolution and order management.
