Job Overview

The Customer Success Liaison will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for addressing their queries, concerns, and needs. They will work closely with the Key Account Manager to create a seamless pipeline between our company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Analyze customer needs, process orders accurately, and respond promptly to resolve any emerging issues.
  • Process Orders Efficiently: Validate customer data, ensure accurate pricing, terms, and shipping requirements, and maintain order status from entry through shipment and invoicing.
  • Resolve Customer Queries: Respond satisfactorily to customer inquiries on product quality, availability, substitutions, inventory, and carrier concerns.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist with account inquiries and problems related to product quality, carrier concerns, product availability, pricing, and billing.
  • Maintain Customer Accounts: Ensure efficient billing and maintenance of all related paperwork.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associate Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: A strong educational background or relevant work experience in a customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP Business 1-Advantage is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to write clearly, express ideas effectively, plan, and prioritize work.
  • Team Player: Pleasant temperament, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
