Key Responsibilities:
As our Customer Service Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve resolving product or service issues promptly and working closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback. You will also be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
