Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dutch speaking customer service representative to join our team at Digital Customer Care Company Bv. This is a remote-only position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
Salary: 10-15 euros gross per hour, depending on experience
Job DescriptionAs a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via live chat, email, phone, and WhatsApp. You will work under the direction of a team leader to deliver results in lead generation and customer service.
You will be working with a range of customers, answering questions, and generating leads. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating an interest in visitors with the aim that they leave contact details
- Providing exceptional customer service through different means of communication
- Emailing leads and escalations to clients and processing refunds and returns in their ecommerce systems
We are looking for candidates who have the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent spelling and grammar of the Dutch language at least C1 level
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience
- A customer-centric approach: turning towards customers with empathy and being understanding of their problems
- Great listening skills: turning customers' feedback into product improvement suggestions
- Adaptability: open to learning new things and comfortable with being in an environment where a lot of experimenting takes place
- Eagerness to develop: receptive to constructive feedback and keen to advance your skills
- More than 300 keystrokes per minute, touch typing with a precision of at least 95%
- Ability to multi-task very well, conducting multiple chats simultaneously
- Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Able to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Strong demonstrable experience with the Internet and multiple software applications 'in the cloud'
- Confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and motivate yourself
- Access to a home workspace with a fast internet connection
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Availability for at least a year
