Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer concerns via various channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: €15-20 per hour, depending on experience (approx. €30,000 - €40,000 per year).
We offer a meal allowance of €7.23 per working day and a transport allowance of €20 per month. - Health Insurance: Coverage starts from day 1 with a monthly contribution, fully covered after 6 months of employment.
