Customer Experience Specialist

Company Overview: David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist. This new team member will be joining a dynamic and international team of 25+ nationalities.

Salary: The base salary for this role is not specified, but it's expected to be competitive based on the location in Valencia, Spain, and the industry standards.

Job Description:

We're looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist who can communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media. This individual should possess outstanding communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalization. They will guide customers with their questions, ensure they receive the right solution, and maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Dutch (C2) speaking skills
  • C1 English level
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solving skills
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers
  • Curious and love to investigate and use creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Target-driven and trying to exceed expectations
