Customer Service Expert for Home Appliances

Location: Remote or Hybrid Setup in Bratislava, Slovakia
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Expert for Home Appliances. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing guidance on orders and troubleshooting technical issues with home appliances.
- Use diagnostic tools and MS Office to resolve complex technical difficulties.
- Coordinate technician visits or arrange for spare parts delivery to clients when necessary.
- Upsell and promote new or existing products, sharing your passion for innovation.
- Educate customers on product features, embodying the values of our brand.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch (C1 level) and a good command of English. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
- Able to work and reside in Slovakia.
- Possess a strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to quickly adapt to diagnostic tools.
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including:
Salary: Our estimated salary for this position is approximately €3,500-€4,200 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Benefits:
