Cross Border Talents is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients who speak German.

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values flexibility and work-life balance. We offer a hybrid/remote work model that allows you to work from home while still being part of a collaborative team.

We are looking for a Customer Service Expert who is fluent in German (written and spoken) and has excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German. You will also provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer issues promptly, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (rotational shifts), is a must.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (rotational shifts)
• Must be located in Bulgaria
