Job Title:

Customer Service Expert for German-speaking Clients

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Navigate internal and external resources to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1 level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong understanding of credit card-related concepts
  • Proficient in using standard PC applications
