About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing timely resolutions and pleasant customer experiences through various communication channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day queries from Cigna's customers, prioritizing excellent service delivery and ensuring that all activities are centered around the customer experience.
  • Adhere to productivity and quality standards set by management, taking ownership of all cases and following through to completion.
  • Schedule follow-ups as needed to keep customers informed of query progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our customer relationship management tool.
  • Handle and process confidential medical reports and other sensitive information, adhering to relevant data privacy guidelines (including GDPR).
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of relevant tools, processes, and documentation, seeking advice from supervisors and higher management when necessary.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries (claims analysts, medical advisers, finance department, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in contact centers, reception, or similar roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Active knowledge of English (C1 level or higher) and proficiency in Dutch or Chinese.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take prompt action for fast and accurate resolution of incoming requests.
  • Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Accuracy, efficiency, teamwork, discretion, and resilience under pressure.

Estimated Salary Range: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
