About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen attentively to traveller inquiries via phone and email, respond promptly, and mediate between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.
  • Clarify services, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information and following established processes.
  • Cultivate effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Slovenian (C2 level) and advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, coupled with empathy and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with PC usage, including Office 365 and CRM databases.
  • A positive mindset, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
