Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a B2B Retail expert, you will be responsible for managing accounts and providing exceptional customer service in Dutch and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Native level of Dutch and advanced level of English
- Previous experience in the B2B retail sector, managing accounts and providing customer service
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel
