Customer Service Representative with Multilingual Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our Customer Experience area, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that each customer feels unique, special, and fully satisfied with our service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls and responding to emails from customers and dealers, following up on incidents until a final solution is reached, and issuing reminder calls to achieve maximum satisfaction. You will also be required to carry out database updates, report writing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Follow up on customer queries until resolution
- Issue reminder calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Update databases and generate reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An excellent command of English and strong language skills in French and German
- Ability to travel to our offices for training
- Availability to work weekends and rotating schedules
- Knowledge of document management and experience with dedicated platforms
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
