About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our client's growing entity in Riga, Latvia. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to users, addressing various issues with a positive and professional attitude.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative customer service tasks
  • Follow established routines and processes according to the management system
  • Identify deviations and propose improvements to the management system

  • Familiarity with system knowledge, including Entré MDM and Office package
