We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team at JL Talent Partners in Spain. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues. Your tasks will include giving accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures, being the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response, and building meaningful relationships with customers.

As a Customer Service Expert, you will have the opportunity to meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets. You will also be responsible for creating amazing customer experiences that people value and we are proud of. If you are a native German speaker with a strong understanding of technical issues related to connectivity, systems and devices, and have at least one year of experience in a customer service environment, we encourage you to apply for this role.

What we are looking for:

  • Native German speaker
  • English B2 language proficiency
  • Self-sufficiency and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems and devices
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in technical support
  • EU citizenship or Spanish residence card
