We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our client's team in the banking industry in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, and more.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer service for banking issues, account opening, and access password management
  • Back office management, including email and WhatsApp support
  • Offer banking products and services to clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, transparency, and client protection
  • Report and follow up on anomalies in application processes
  • Meet quality standards and sales objectives

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in German or Dutch
  • Good writing and speaking skills in English
  • Intermediate Spanish is a plus
  • Analytical capacity and ability to acquire new knowledge
  • Ability to guide customers through complex procedures
  • EU Citizenship or Residence card
