Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Operations Associate for Riga

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrators to join our client's newly established entity in Riga, Latvia.
About the PositionIn this key role, you will provide exceptional support to users by addressing various issues with a positive and professional attitude. Your primary responsibilities include performing daily administrative customer service tasks, following established routines and processes according to our management system, and identifying deviations to propose improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you will require:
- Structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous approach with a high level of service
- Collaboration with colleagues to develop and digitize processes
- Natural service-mindedness, enjoyment of working with numbers, and meeting deadlines
- A post-secondary education in finance administration
- Accounting knowledge is an asset
Familiarity with Entré, MDM, and Office package software is essential. Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing the switchboard according to current procedures
- Monitoring and ensuring cases do not remain unresolved in the case management system
- Creating orders in the entrance and conveying cases via the case management system
- Assisting with other administrative customer center-related tasks
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Managing error reports from the customer case management system
- Registering work orders and conveying them to the appropriate districts
- Updating data in Telenor
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing checks before invoices are released, credit management, and handling debt collection
- Managing your inbox for customer admin and registering customers in MDM
- Updating and changing customer registrations and facility registrations for new agreements and adjustments
- Managing layoff and exit activities
- Handling invoice errors
- Registering new projects
