About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing new account applications while adhering to anti-money laundering regulations. You will deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and problems on inbound, outbound calls, emails, and system processing.

Responsibilities
  • Process new account applications in line with anti-money laundering regulations using various strategies, tools, and systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to customer inquiries and problems on inbound, outbound calls, emails, and system processing.
  • Support customers through the application journey, including processing and analyzing applications.
  • Complete anti-money laundering and risk verifications on new account applications.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes for customers and American Express by building meaningful relationships.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German (written and oral skills).
  • Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in challenging situations.
  • Navigate multiple systems and digital tools to service customers.
