About the Job

We are looking for a talented professional who can take charge of managing TOP customer accounts, providing exceptional service, and driving long-term relationships. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for creating and developing a customer support environment based on confidence, quality, and proactivity in service care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers to deliver a best-of-breed quality experience
  • Support the entire customer life-cycle, from onboarding to end-of-service
  • Resolve customer claims and requests, anticipating and addressing needs before they arise
  • Collaborate with other teams to overcome customer complaints and drive customer satisfaction
  • Prepare offers and renovations in partnership with key account managers and sales teams

Salary and Package

The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a range of perks designed to support your well-being and career growth.
