Job Description
">We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in both German and English to deliver top-notch customer support and contribute significantly to the success of our clients' experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries received through various channels;">
- Utilizing internal and external resources to offer exceptional service;">
- Identifying and escalating urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;">
- Redirecting calls to the correct departments when necessary and accurately documenting customer interactions;">
- Fostering teamwork and collaboration by working closely with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to address customer issues and share insights.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must possess strong proficiency with common PC applications and excellent conversational skills, fluency in German, and clear pronunciation. You should also be flexible, friendly, and resilient, with a high degree of independence and reliability. Basic knowledge of credit card systems is a plus.
