We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and fluent German speaker to work as part of our remote customer care team based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

About the Role

This full-time position involves managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with vendors from the comfort of your home. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts
  2. Accurately input invoice data into financial or ERP systems
  3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
  5. Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal departments
What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should be:

  • Native or fluent in German (verbal and written)
  • Residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina (able to work legally without sponsorship)
  • Experienced in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strongly detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent problem-solver with a passion for resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Familiar with tax regulations and accounting principles
