We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team at Cigna Global Health. As a valued member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day queries from our customers while putting the service experience at the center of all activities.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or reception role, and excellent communication skills with colleagues and external customers. You should also have a high attention to detail, ability to work quickly through customer requests maintaining high quality standards, and be a team player who embraces and promotes a cooperative and friendly work environment.

In this role, you will be working Monday to Friday from 15:15h to 23:00h. You will manage comprehensive records of all customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, handle and process medical reports and other confidential information, and liaise with other departments where required to resolve a query.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level or higher)
  • Proficiency in Arabic (Alternatively: French)
