Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience and service levels.
- Proactively work with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Manage customer data and account balances accurately in our systems.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams via systems and email.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of business experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or support experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Language Requirements
Fluency in French and Italian is essential. Knowledge of other European languages is desirable.
Preferred Education and Experience
Degree in Business Education and 3-5 years of work experience.
Remote Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid remote position.
