Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Daily & Weekly Operations: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  2. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating to relevant teams as needed.
  3. Ticket Management: Track and manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  4. Knowledge Base: Maintain and update customer support documentation to provide accurate and helpful resources.
  5. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English language
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Support, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) and CRM tools.
  • Empathetic and solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
