Overview

As a customer support specialist, you will be working with a global leader in the BPO industry, providing exceptional service to customers of prestigious worldwide brands.

Job Description

You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner, and maintaining accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit. Additionally, you should have fluency in Spanish/Italian/German/Dutch/Swedish/Danish/Finnish (C1/C2 Level or Native) and good knowledge of English (B2 level).
