Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various communication channels.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Addressing Customer Inquiries: Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Communication Channels: Navigate internal and external resources to offer world-class service.
- Prioritization and Escalation: Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Career Development: Engage with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills:
Languages: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and a minimum of B2 in English, both oral and written.
Location: Residing in North Macedonia and eligible to work legally without company support.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Slack) and experience in customer or technical support roles, particularly help desk or IT functions.
Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a background check.
