About the Role:

This position involves providing exceptional customer service to clients across various regions, leveraging strong communication skills and technical knowledge to resolve complex issues efficiently. The successful candidate will have native or bilingual German proficiency and advanced English skills (C1), with a focus on delivering high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels with empathy and professionalism;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints effectively;
  • Providing training and guidance to new hires on company policies, procedures, and software applications;
  • Contributing to process improvements by identifying areas of inefficiency and suggesting innovative solutions.

What We Offer:

As a Medical Technology Customer Support Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €18,000 per year, plus an additional €2,000 for night shift bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 4 weeks of paid training, flexible working hours, and a 38-hour workweek from Monday to Sunday on evening or night shifts.

Requirements:

  • Native or bilingual German proficiency;
  • Advanced English skills (C1);
  • Technical education is a plus, but not required;
  • Immediate availability to join our team.
