Job Overview
">The European Key Accounts Administration Specialist & Business Liaison role provides back-office support to the EKA central team and the wider EKA community for managing strategic customers across CHEP Europe.
">This position involves complex problem-solving, proactive support, and initiative coordination. It requires collaboration, teamwork, stakeholder coordination, and communication to resolve issues effectively and drive improvements in customer experience.
">Main Responsibilities
">This role acts as a business partner for the EKA Customer Management teams and Central Support functions, ensuring Master Data integrity and customer Account Health at European level. The specialist leverages technical expertise to protect revenue and cash while maximizing customer satisfaction.
">The key accountabilities include:
">- ">
- Providing reactive and proactive support to pan-European customer contacts on contract compliance, account maintenance, pricing, invoicing, or reporting queries.">
- Contributing to secure EDI invoicing services and supporting team tasks, including process documentation, third-party customer invoice portals, contract storage, and customer sites maintenance.">
- Identifying best practices and areas of potential improvement in risk and compliance or operational efficiencies, applying standardization, simplification, and automation where possible.">
- Supporting the Process Improvement team in understanding strategic customer needs and working cooperatively with the department and customers to design and implement best-in-class solutions.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a pan-European organization.">
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support role.">
- Strong analytical background and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.">
- Stakeholder management and project management skills.">
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.">
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and AFO, as well as advanced MS Office skills.">
- Full proficiency in English.">
