Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing data rooms, and performing various administrative tasks.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel. They will also possess hands-on mentality, customer and solution orientation, multi-tasking skills, and good time and organization management.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to customers via telephone, email, and chat
- Manage data rooms, ensuring the integrity and security of confidential information
- Perform specialized services such as document redaction, indexing, and other recurring data room tasks
- Collect and analyze data to create reports for customers and internal purposes
- Assist in resolving basic technical issues related to applications, firewalls, and other system components
- Oversee the creation, double-checking, and delivery of USB and online archives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Perform administrative tasks to support the team, including contract termination tasks, quality assurance tasks, and other tasks from other teams
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel
- Hands-on mentality, customer and solution orientation, multi-tasking skills, and good time and organization management
- Technical affinity, proactivity, and awareness of how actions can affect the overall success of a project or company
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional language skills advantageous

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
