**Overview of the Operations Support Specialist Role**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Data Room Support Professional to join our team at Drooms GmbH. This role will provide support to our customers in a variety of areas, including customer service, data room management, and technical issue resolution.

**Job Description**

The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for user inquiries, providing prompt and efficient assistance via telephone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will address common customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.

The role will also involve supporting the creation, management, and archiving of data rooms, ensuring the integrity and security of confidential information stored within these rooms. Additionally, the candidate will perform specialized services such as document redaction, indexing, and other recurring data room tasks, adhering to specified requirements and timelines across all regions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will require 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel. You will need to possess a hands-on mentality, customer & solution orientated, multi-tasking skills and good time and organization management. Technical affinity, proactivity, and awareness of how actions can affect the overall success of a project or company are also essential.

You should be fluent in Spanish and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including employee health initiatives, ticket restaurant, and long service awards. Additional benefits may apply based on your individual circumstances.
