Customer Service Team Lead

**Job Overview**
Nutreco is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales and operations department, you will be responsible for supporting and initiating follow-up actions with customers to ensure effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming orders and process data in automated systems to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Update product information and prices in relevant systems, including processing price indexations and adjustments.
- Manage customer records and handle all customer requests and orders in line with company policies and procedures.
- Register and administer customer information, contracts, and order data in relevant systems.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
